It is generally agreed that bars and pubs are considered the staple of any city’s nightlife. But Gujarat is a dry state and in Surat you won’t find a nightlife as vibrant as other metropolitan cities in India. But despite the alcohol ban, Surat has a reasonably thriving night scene.
